Trying to find a certain brand of cigar
Hello, I am new to the forum and new (on and off for about 2 years) to cigar smoking. Was hoping someone could help me find a certain brand of cigar in South Florida (Broward or Dade County). Its called LIGA PRIVADA, either the T52's or No.9's. They are from Nicaragua and distributed by Drew Estates. A friend of mind got me hooked on them and when I went to try to buy more I was told they only sell 200,00 a year. I looked for them all over Browrd county, online and even went to Tampa and they are all sold out and on back order. Can anyone help me out?

Re: Trying to find a certain brand of cigar
Search google shopping for Liga Privada and there are plenty of vendors selling both the No. 9 and the T52.
Head on over to the New Inmate thread and introduce yourself to the gang.

Re: Trying to find a certain brand of cigar
If you think theyre hard to find try finding Viajes lol. I gotta drive an hour to get the limited releases and theyre the only place in the state that gets them.
Anyway if you dont have any luck locally Cigarking.com is supposed to be the largest LP dealer. They even had Flying Pigs and Dirty Rats in stock last I checked and theyre nearly impossible to find for the most part. |

Re: Trying to find a certain brand of cigar
Glad to finally find other people who know about this cigar. I went to a pretty popular cigar shop near my house and they never even heard of it!!! Thanks 76GTFan, I was told to try those spots in Orlando, its a 2 hour drive from me.

Re: Trying to find a certain brand of cigar
Yeah, actually around here I cant seem to shake a stick without hitting a #9, slight exaggeration but I can readily find them at a few B&Ms around here. T52s however, the ones I happen to prefer, are nearly impossible for whatever reason. My local place actually just got some in about a month and a half ago and then only in one vitola.
Funny thing about it all is, according to DE the #9 is actually supposed to be the rarer one ATM because there is a shortage of the tobacco for it. |
