How do you smoke a "culebra"???
I have never somked a CULEBRA, I've had one sitting in my humidor for the last 8+ years.
What is the best way to smoke one??? I have smoked just about everything out there but never one of these with a twist. THANKS,

I've always wondered this myself as well. I didn't even know the name for this specific type of cigar until now (after my google search).

separate and enjoy or keep tied and enjoy. Alternately, use the search function and see the wealth of information people have posted here about that word in the past.

Yes, they're meant to be pulled apart and smoked individually, but now I'm curious to see what would happen if someone just lit the whole bundle and tried to smoke all of them at once. Please try this and report back.

Re: How do you smoke a "culebra"???
HA, what you MEAN is you hope your OCD will allow you to have
a 'half-smoked' cigar in your humidor. The incompleteness of it will drive you nuts. I have to agree with the herf crowd. Although after decades of these type forums, who knows it there is even a novelty to it anymore. I started 2010 with 5 and now have but one. Too many deserving friends, I guess. BTW, don't try to smoke three at a time. Too tough to keep together. They are not as twisted together as they appear and will not hold. |

That is the best way, for sure. However, I have smoked a few still tied together by myself and enjoyed the daylights out of it. Tons o' smoke!
