OK, I give up, someone please educate me. All I see is references to "whites wineS" in their ads, isn't this misleading? Cognac is pretty much one grape, Ugni Blanc, by law.
How is this distilled compared, say, to regular Hennessy lineup? Seems to be aged in barrels judging by the color, same as others. At the price quoted I can't imagine it to be anywhere near something like Leopold Gourmel or high end Delamain, there is a whole bunch of other small houses that produce incredible Cognacs not usually known to general drinking public. So, what's the attraction? And differences? |
