Default Firefox plug in that downloads video off websites?

Any IT guys that can help me out would be appreciated. I wanted to download some training videos for myself off a website. I hear there is a firefox plug in that does this. When I'm using orbit it seems to download the player off the website and not the actual video. I hear there is a firefox plug in that can do this. Any help on what that is or how i'm doing it wrong would be appreciated. tia

DownloadHelper is IMO the easiest and most intuitive option there is.
