The Sonofresco machines do not allow more control then light, medium, and dark. These are machines for a coffee shop that wants to sell fresh roasted coffee but do not want to know anything about roasting. I really don't like the wording of "Works well, but sold as is", this says to me it has been used hard and will need some attention. Probably not to complicated to get up and running well since it really is just a burner and a blower. I have seen these go for $1200 very quickly.
