Other than fighting the burn the whole time, this is a really great smoke. Similar to the DPG Blue but a little less "oomph". Nice depth to the flavor, amazing aroma.
I dryboxed it for a day, I guess I shoulda left it a little longer. But I couldn't resist...the wrapper on this cigar is so dark and oily and shiney! Reading up on this line, I found it's one of the few DPG blends that is not a Nicaraguan puro. The wrapper is Ecuadorian. The cigar is quite spicy, but it's not a punch in the face spice. It's sort of a "baking spice" kind of flavor. Letting the cigar sit between my teeth while I type, the aroma coming from the foot is NICE. Another thumbs up for Garcia, Espinosa, y Ortega.
