Default Biscuts and Gravy

I feel like making this for breakfast tomorrow morning or some morning really soon. I have access to very good quality breakfast sausage thru work. I just wondering if anyone has a down home recipe that is excellent. The only thing I dont want to do is make the biscuits

Default Re: Biscuts and Gravy

A Simple version:

1. Brown Sausage
2. Add Milk - qty depends on how much gravy you want
3. Heat to simmer
4. While heating, mix 3/4 cup milk with flour. beat until thickened. add flour as necessary
5. When gravy is at simmer, stir in flour/milk mixture
6. stir until thickened
7. Add pepper / salt / other seasonings as desired.
