Re: Incredible Ice Cream Casserole
One of my coworkers makes an Ice Cream Cake that is similar to this, but uses different ingredients.
13X9 cake pan 2 boxes of ice cream sandwiches 2 bowls of Cool Whip Layer the bottom of the pan with ice cream sandwiches Place a layer of cool whip on top (optional) toss some M&M's, nuts, or fruit pieces on top of the cool whip Place another layer of ice cream sandwiches on top More cool whip etc... ( you might be able to get three layers of sandwiches in the pan, depending on how tall the sides are. When finished, place pan back in freezer to freeze Cut and serve. We had this on Monday, for an anniversary lunch, and it's a quick and easy summer-time dessert. I'm gonna print the OP out for her and my wife though....
