Cuban style roast Dutch oven
Havent tried it yet sounds good! Im sure it can be just as easily made in the oven or on the grill.
12" Dutch Oven 3 lbs - Pork Roast 1/2 cup - Orange Juice 1/4 cup - Lime Juice 2 Tbs - Garlic Powder 2 Tbs - Oregano 2 tsp - Salt 1 tsp - Pepper DIRECTIONS: Combine all items for marinade. Pour over roast cover and refrigerate overnight. Place roast in DO. Cook 350 for 2 hrs or until juices run clear. Make some extra marinade and bring it to a boil, reduce heat. Serve over carved roast. 8 coals bottom/16 coals top

Yep that is a good one. I almost posted this in your first dutch oven thread... My favorite thing to cook in a dutch oven is a Cuban dish named Boliche Asado. It is an eye of the round roast stuffed with chorizo sausage, marinated in mojo, the cooked in the dutch oven. It is a real treat.
