Baccy Price Hike!

Ordered two tins last week at 8.75/per. Browsing online a little tonight and the same site has tins for 9.78!

I checked a few other sites and it seems most sites have hiked tin prices up.

Anyone have any idea what is up with this, I cross checked a few other brands and noticed price changes.

Does this have anything to do with the SCHIP thing going on? I didnt think that in some cases 50 cents or more would be passed onto the consumer.
