I have been entering the Drew Estate giveaways, I'm sure others have. I just got a winner email for the Cigar Press giveaway. Anyone else win?

Virginia for some reason is excluded from Drew Estate giveaways.

I noticed that, and a couple others. Anyone know the reason? My guess is some law involving giving away tobacco.

Apparently I'm not too lucky. There were only one of each in the box instead of 2 of the contest was for. But free is free.
