First smoke of 2012

Fired up the smoker for the first time this year over the weekend!

-Bacon wrapped chicken, stuff with cheese!

-Brisket!

Tyler - it is well worth the investment. I wanted until my regular propane grill died and got this bad boy : GRILL you can get it for around $200 in some stores here in GA. Then it needs a few mods and the FSB.
