Avanti cooler help!

I have a 28 bottle avanti (EWC280B) which I got used in the winter. I spent a lot of time and money on it (ETC, Chasden trays, timers, fans, etc...) only to find that the cooling system on it does not work

All the fans work and the interior light works, just no cooling capability at all. The cooler is kept in my apartment where inside temps hit 80 or so on a really hot summer afternoon. The cooler internal temp was staying consistent w/ the room temp.

I was wondering if anyone out there knew how to repair this problem, I have already spoken w/ avanti and they no longer make repair parts

Am I completely screwed on this one or is this somewhat salvageable!??!?
