Refinanced the home.

So when my wife and I moved up to VA, we were unable to sell our GA home. This was frustrating in and of itself, but more frustrating was that we were renting it out for a loss every month. UGH!

So anyway, we looked into refinancing it a while ago, and we were told that because it was no longer our primary residence, we weren't able to do so. UGH!

We just recently my wife, completely on a whim, decided to try again. This time it went through!

We just dropped our payment by $300/month on this house. We only owned it for a short time now, so we didn't pick that much up on the refinancing either. All in all, this is a win for the Ferguson's!
