| Admiral Douchebag | Alexis Arguello found dead at 57.

One of my favorite boxers as a kid, he was the epitome of class in and outside of the ring. Sounds like a suicide, sorry that it came to that for a good man. R.I.P., Mr. Arguello. http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/box...ory?id=4299144

Arguello was a fantastic technical fighter. I remember his fight with Aaron Pryor (who was later found to be doped up during the fight). The guy must have had 20/10 vision. Amazing hands and he could evade a punch like no one else. He was one of the greats in a great era. RIP.

Didn't he leave fighting for a couple years to go home and shoot people or something? I seem to remember something like that. And yeah, he was badass. Around the same time a dude with the last name Scott was fighting from prison. He was a machine.

I checked up. He quit fighting in the 80's to fight with the Contras in Nicaragua. I thought I remembered that. He was currently the Mayor of Managua, Nicaragua and died from a bullet through the chest. I'm no forensics expert, but I'm gonna go ahead and stick my neck out there and say "suicide my ass."
