When does the NFL season start?

Just kidding; surprised at the lack of dialog and blither about pro football on the board as of this morning.

And me, my hometown team is the Bungles. Getting excited over them at the start of a new season is dumber than Charlie Brown continuing to try to kick the football that little ***** Lucy is holding.

When does it start? Well, for half the yearly audience, it starts on Groundhog Day about noon, and ends about midnight.
