I'm very much looking forward to it.

In fact, my boss has offered up free movie tickets in a contest at work. If I get them, this is the movie I'm spending them on.

Wouldn't surprise me, its a QT movie. Thats one of the things I love about his films, is the dark, twisted yet intelligent and witty dialogs.

I'm on the fence with Quentin. I'll wait for it to come to Netflix. Reservoir Dogs is awesome, Pulp Fiction took about 5 times watching it to where I don't hate it, and Kill Bill makes me feel like every second I spend watching it is just another piece of my life I can never get back.

Although I did enjoy parts of Kill Bill, and did get Pulp Fiction the first time (hey, I'm both smart and sick

) I know your point. Plus, some of the other films he's been involved with, like that Samurai Cowboy Whatever-The-Fark, were just Gawd-awful excuses for blood and violence. I fear he's gone off the deep end, and thus my hopes for this new movie are tempered.

Look forward to it, but I'm not a big fan of pure bloodlust, like some of QTs films.

, didn't know Darrell had a movie review blog. I'll have to check it out. He usually has good taste in movies (from what I've seen here).

Rumor has it that Adam Sandler was originally cast for the lead role in this film. Don't see him fitting in from the previews. I like a lot of Sandler films, but I think the choice to not cast him will probably help this one.

QT was on Letterman Monday night. He said he normally has 2 or 3 choices for a role, but he specifically had Pitt in mind for this one.
Something I never noticed watching the trailers unil Letterman mentioned it: the title of the film is actually spelled Inglourious Basterds.

I want to see it. I loved Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown. I hated Kill Bill 1 and 2. I will wait for Darrell's review of it first
