What is a Party Short?

I have seen this mentioned many times here, but I never see the makers name and what it's really called. I tried googling "Cigar party short" and all it talked about was cigar parties.

It is a Cuban cigar - Partagas is the marca (brand) Shorts is the vitola (size).

This is a Cuban cigar made by Partagas and it's full name is the Partagas Short. Most of the time, people refer to the Partagas name by "party" i.e Party Short, Party 898, etc. I hope this helps!

Thanks for the answers guys. I'm guessing since they are Cuban they are hard to acquire and pricey then. Pardon the newbie questions, please.
