I ordered a brown cigar Bobken from Dave (Viper139) at Heartfelt last week sometime. I used the 10% off discount and got a great deal. When the ashtray arrived it was the tan color. I need it to match a buddies car interior so I sent him an email offering to exchange.
His response was to keep the tan and he'd send me a brown one. This in itself is great but here is the amazing part. It arrived today and the return address was from one of his competitors!! I can only assume that Dave was out of that particular color and in order to fulfill my order in a timely fashion he ordered another from someone else and had it sent to me. He must have also paid a higher price than I did. I have never ever seen someone do this to make a customer happy. Thanks Viper, Heartfelt is one amazing business. |

Dave has some of the best service in this entire hobby. When I need something I always do my best to support his shop and buy from him. He definitely goes the extra mile to make the customer happy.
