Kudos to Cusano / DomRay cigar Co.

I just wanted to give a big THANKS to Cliff over at Cusano Cigar Co. (DomRay).
A while back weaklink (Eric) turned me onto the Cusano 10th Anniversary. This is a fantastic Smoke. I bought a box of 10 right away and loved every one of em'
I purchased a second box, let them rest and started in on them after a couple of months or so. Well long story short, after having about 7 of them, 5 had been completely plugged. A problem I have never had before with these. Sometimes you just get a bunk batch.
I wrote to Cusano customer service and was replied to, quickly by Cliff Randolph. Cliff was very helpful and sympathetic to my problem.
He mentioned he would send out a Gift pack. They were out of the 10th Anniv.
By the next week I received a very nice sampler of 8 different Robusto sized Cusano's.
Its nice to know that there are still companies out there who care about their customers.
