PCR Maduro! Maduro? Maduro. Join Date: Aug 2010 First Name: Paul Location: NW Washington State Posts: 429 Trading: (6)	L4 & L5 disc herniation So, I have herniated the disc between L4 & L5 and aggravated my SI joint. My questions: anyone here have this happen to them? If so, what was your treatment? I'll see my physical therapist in a week (busy place) but in the mean time I'm looking to you all here for direction.
