Good thing about Chase is that everything you can do online or over the phone can be done in person at a location.
I got a call a while back from "Chase" saying they had a problem and needed to confirm some things with me. I told them I would go handle it at the local location.
Much to my surprise, when I got there, a banker had already been notified that I would be coming in! As soon as someone knew who I was, the banker came over greeted me, and took me to his cubby so I could clear up the problem.
The thought struck my head as I was leaving that, despite my suspicions, that is a prime example of a company going out of its way to make you feel wanted.
