I've been the same way. I can't stop from eating. Before dinner tonight I had some chicken breasts over spinach salad, then an hour later whole wheat pasta with meatballs, and I'm still hungry
Decided my forearms need blasting. So 6 days a week I will be hitting forearms after my workouts.
