Biceps: 21's(oh the fun), hammer curls, rope pulley curl thingymabob
Triceps: DB skull crushers, over head rope pull, flat bar pull down
5 sets of squats with 25lbs on each side...even though it ain't much it was nice to get back to real squats.
5 sets of individual leg presses
5 sets of something that works obliques.
