I try not to regift them (sure I have by accident before I started labeling them) but I absolutely have no problem what so ever with someone regifting the cigars I give to them. The way I see it, I gave them to you so it is up to you to do whatever you see fit to do with them. Some BOTL is going to enjoy them no matter what so it doesn't offend me in any way.
