Here is where you miss my point. I would never dismiss someone's credibility completely because of their cap. But people form impressions based on appearance. That is human nature. Whether you admit it or not, you do it, too. Where I think you are coming from is that if one draws conclusions based on those impressions, they would miss out on many good people. I can agree with that.
And if you take the time to re-read the OP, it asks does the backwards cap
affect credibility. It doesn't ask if you dismiss someone's credibility because of it.
