8 months has done nothing to this Dave. I know it's against conventional wisdom, but it is what it is. The beer was still very hoppy, both on the nose and in the taste, very crisp and clean, no hint at all of being overly sweet, or malty or any sense of a decline. I'm really, really tempted to go back and grab a second case and drink this all summer
