Sometimes this happens to me (YIKES!!) and what I've noticed is ....
-my palate is much more sensitive in the morn, it's great having cigars then.
-as said earlier food you eat and toothpast too affects your taste, so for a few days try eating more bland food, lots of vegis and stuff that's generally natural you know food that's not spicy/salty/sweet.
-as with women ... Absitnence makes the heart grow fonder, so a break can really help. for me a break is at least a week for cigars that is (YIKES!)
-alchohol can deaden my taste especially if it's cold.
