A few to consider:

Mahler

Schubert

Tchaikovsky
A few of my faves also include Franz Josef Haydn and Felix Mendelssohn. If you like Baroque music, you can't go wrong with Johann Sebastian Bach, Telemann, Handel, or Vivaldi.
