Awesome, Admiral! I love having a day where mentally it seems like you can go forever ... and you only stop once a body part says "no."
Eating some pancakes before going in for a bunch of rows. Front delts are sore (just DOMS sore) from yesterday, which I guess means that I was doing something right for a change.
