a 2000 Bolivar CE. Is it just me, or do a lot of Bolivar CE have draw problems. The past 4 ive smoked have had issues. Dont get me wrong, they tasted amazing. But the experience could have been better without the draw problems. Ill buy a few more CE's before i make a final thought on buying a box.
