Buy a yacht so that I can bum around the Caribbean during the winters.
Buy several homes around the world for our travels.
After a couple of years of living the "Trust fund" life.
Set-up a non-profit and devote a good portion of my time doing philanthropic work (the rest of the time I would be playing golf and traveling).
