Littering!!! And this goes from throwing your cigarette out your car window and hitting my car (or worse it goes into my convertible) or people out on the lake having a Bon-Fire and throwing all their cans into the fire and then leaving it there to freeze into the ice. Just because it's frozen doesn't mean that it's not going to get into the lake when it thaws out people!!!!!!!!!
