Much respect to Conan. He went out with a classy outro speach and then ended with a sweet version of Free Bird. Being a HUGE Lynyrd Skynyrd fan myself I loved it. Will Ferrell sang as Ronnie Van Zant (dressed the role), Conan, Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), and Beck Hansen (Beck) on guitar and of course Max Weinberg and his boys filling in the rest did a fantastic job.
I am sure the videos will be flowing online soon enough so everyone who missed it can see it. I hope Conan finds a new home soon.
