I have repaired hundreds of windows - but have never heard of Jordan windows. Does not mean a lot though since there are hundreds of manufactures out there.

Blaine Window Hardware is where I have bought my supplies for the past 20 years or so. They use to have a store a few miles from me but I haven't been there in a few years. Give them a try even though I don't see Jordan listed in the repair list - they may know.
