Thanks D. Hope the deadlift video gave you a little mojo.
Seems like in my absence from lifting some of the youngin's thought they had gotten strong. Had to reclaim my status as king. Worked up to 340x3 in the Power Clean.
Everything else was good, but thats was the highlight
