Also, what's with everyone's obsession to paint things black these days? First I saw cars with black wheels (yuck! looks dirty to me). Next I see cars with flat black paint (REALLY stupid looking if you ask me). Now black watches?
I will say 20 years ago when I was 13 I had a black and gold Seiko that I LOVED. The black paint chipped off SO fast. I was so mad. |
The watches that are pvd, aren't painted black unless they aren't truly pvd. Pvd is a chemical process and it shouldn't come off easily, if at all. IIRC
