The actual OG was 1.08 not 1.1 but has started to develop nicely. It's turning in to Imperial stout taste wise IMHO. Tasted like $h!t a week ago but now not so much. I imagine that it will develop very very nicely,

if I can keep my tastebuds off of it. I don't remember what the FG was but the ABV was 8-9%. I don't know if the yeast could take much more even if there was enough fermentables.
