Wanted to share a quick success story. As I've posted before, my goals the second time through this program were to drop to about a 34" waist & 6-8% body fat.
Took some measurements a few days ago before starting Week 7: 35" waist and 7.8% fat! Holy crap--just about halfway through and I've already reached one of my goals! Not bad for a semi-old guy
This program seriously works. Stick with it, fellas.
