You brought up something very interesting to me. The ship we sailed on was owned by Norwegians and based out of Barbados. I thought that there would be a lot of CC's for sale, but there were none. I can understand that they would not have them for sale when the ship was in U.S. waters, but I thought they would be available when the ship was in international waters or a foreign port. I didn't miss them, and I'm sure there is a good legal reason for why it was this way, but I was surprised.
