Just to break things down, the 601 blends in general aren't mild by any means (compared to Davis, Mac etc), none of them come in a ring lower than 50 to my knowledge (so your not tasting as much of the wrapper as you think), and no the wrappers do not make up the majority of the cigars flavor (the filler does that)
