You need to be on the screen before that.

For example

Click "Reference"

Click "Cuban"

Click "Bolivar" (Do not go any further ... do not select the cigar you entered.)

At the TOP RIGHT, there is an "Edit" button. Press that and you can eliminate any Bolivar vitola in the list whether you entered it or not.
