It sounds tough, but I've found it's easier than I thought it would be.
Today is day #28 without a cig for me, so I'm in the depths of my quitting right now. I've been to a herf and had a few cigars, but no patches, gum, hypnosis, or anything. The cravings are almost completely gone. It's the reflex habit now that I'm dealing with. Looking for my cigs when I leave the house before I remember that I don't have any anymore. Reaching into my purse when I get in the car only to discover I don't have any in there because I QUIT!!

Those'll go away with time I'm sure.
Stay the course and remember why you're doing this.
