I have over 100lbs of beans stored. The wife and I drink 2lbs a week plus what I give to friends and family. The espresso machine just chews through beans, if I do nothing but espresso for the two of us I need to roast 3-4lbs a week.
I just got my 1st try of some roasted Black Cat, very good looking roast and tasty. I am very happy with my roasting results but getting something like the BC keeps me honest about my home roast and well I am just awesome
