Well, they don't actually say who won (lots of rumors) but they do infer that Kimblow does not. And he virtually confirms it here.

Wes Simms apparently got kicked off the show because he sneaked in an iphone and was posting spoilers. He posted that Kimblow loses in the first round of his fight.
