I think I need a break. My tris were killing me today in the gym. Also noticed a bruise on the same spot on each arm's biceps ... and can't for the life of me figure out how they got there.

Anyway, perhaps the tris are my body's way of telling me it's time to take a week off and come back with a switch-up (hypertrophy, in my case).
I think I'm going to listen....
