Well, almost. Second year I went from 165 to 190 and haven't looked back since.
I'll never get that small again, unless I get sick or lose a leg.
I'll weigh in again this week but will have some work to do to not have a gain.
Need to get back into Muay Thai. Great cardio work out (my biggest weakness) and lots of fun.
