I've been doing nothing but eating crappy and not exercising for the last few months. This week I decided to get back on with what i know i should do.. In life, a lot of the decisions we make come down to risk vs reward. To get healthy for me is almost no risk, with a huge reward of not getting diabetes, heart disease, heart attack and whatever else comes with being a fat ass

It's hard because i love, and maybe i'm obsessed with food, and i hate exercise. But regardless, i started again, I'm vowing to walk at least 3 times a week, and i'm trying for more. So this last weekend I walked on Saturday and Sunday, and started following weight watchers again, and i'm down 3 lbs already in just 4-5 days. Here we go again ! *rollseyes*
