I don't know if there's something different about our bars, my grip is shot, the grips have been greased, or all of the above. What I do know is that can't hold onto sh*t this week.

Hanging triplex, extra deads, pull-down abs, and pull-throughs. I'll do some more shoulder and arm stuff tomorrow before having an all cardio, all the time weekend.
