I've been doing 3 ssets of 10 squats at around 90lbs, but today I did 3 sets of 10 at 270.
Leg press at 270 too. Calf raises the same at 300.
I'm gaining fast on leg days, not so much on upper body days.
I guess that's why I love leg days.
I'm a friggin' weakling with my upper body.
